Any level of photographer would benefit from this trip and enjoy the adventure of a lifetime. There’s few, if any, other places on earth where you could have an experience like this. And with the work, planning, and photography expertise Chris has along with his willingness to help you and work on your skills I can’t recommend this trip enough. I would gladly, and hopefully, join Chris on another adventure.
I'm super grateful for all the time, effort & energy put into this trip by Chris & Jón. The itinerary was great - beautiful locations to photograph (Sam) and also just to explore and look at as a non-photographer (Soph). The group were super friendly and everyone got along great. I joined Chris for a week-long photography expedition in East Greenland in September 2024. All of the logistics were organized flawlessly, and so we only had to focus on developing our photography skills. I would strongly recommend Chris' Greenland expedition to all levels of photographers, and I would most certainly be happy to travel with Chris again for another trip!
Alles wat ik me van te voren had voorgesteld bij 1 week Ijsland met avontuur en fotografie is uitgekomen!! Chris had alles van te voren al super goed geregeld en tijdens de week stak hij ook al zijn energie in de groep en individueel. Hij was niet moe te krijgen! Ook speelde hij in naar de behoeftes van de groep en individueel. Hij heeft laten zien hoe geweldig mooi Ijsland is, ook juist buiten de toeristenplekken! Zonder deze trip was ik nooit op plekken gekomen waar we nu waren geweest. Ik heb veel geleerd en raad iedereen Adventurizer aan als je van avontuur en fotografie houdt!!
Ik ben met Chris op twee avonturen geweest, beide naar IJsland. Als fulltime professioneel fotograaf kan ik Chris niet genoeg aanbevelen. Op elk niveau neemt hij je mee op waanzinnig leuke avonturen, weg van de gebaande paden, terwijl hij je blijft uitdagen en helpen om een betere fotograaf te worden. Tijdens de reis zag ik meerdere beginnende fotografen uitgroeien tot uitstekende fotografen dankzij de tips, lessen en coaching van Chris.

As a photographic beginner in the field of landscape photography, I was able to learn a lot about composition and strategic approaches when searching for motifs. I also gained a broad insight into the choice of focal length in different situations and deepened my knowledge of various functions of my camera that I don't normally use, but which are an asset for landscape photography. I also managed to take a significant step forward in our almost daily Lightroom coaching sessions.
